ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 20 DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.

If you received your iWantWorkWear order and it does not fit?
Please send an email to orders@iwantworkwear.com with the specifics on what you need. Include the original order number. We will send the replacement order with a prepaid return label. Please include a receipt with the returning items. (Please Note: If your return items are not received back in our warehouse within 15 business days, your credit card or PayPal account will be billed for the additional items)

Items are final and non-refundable.
*If you are returning clothing it must be unworn, unwashed, and in NEW condition. Clothing items must have their original tags and/or packaging. We will not accept items contaminated by animal hair, have an odor to them, or have clearly been worn other than trying the item on to see if it fits.

If you received your iWantWorkWear order and you want to return it for refund, or store credit?
Please send an email to orders@iwantworkwear.com with the specifics on what you are returning, and why? Include the original order number . You are responsible for shipping and related fees. Please send the items back to our warehouse at the address provided below using the carrier of your choice (USPS, UPS,FEDEX). Please include a receipt in the return package. Once received back in our warehouse, allow 5 business days for the items to be inspected and credit to be given.

Â Credits are issued for the goods, only. Shipping charges from the original order are non- refundable.
