Waterproof to the max. Wear a down jacket underneath and you’re all set.

Good price for solid jacket. No problems. Maybe show a open jacket picture to let buyers know the inside is also pvc coated (as it feels a little off without wearing a long-sleeve or inner layer of clothing).
